Oscar and Nathans purpose of going to the Islands was to find out where their ancestors migrated from and why New Zealand was the last place to be settle. First they went to the Cook Islands to find out where Nathan's Ancestors Migrated from ,and learnt that the Takitimu had left here for New Zealand. He learnt that the Myths and stories are similar and some of them are the same. Oscar and Nathans purpose of going to the Islands was to find out where their ancestors migrated from and why New Zealand was the last place to be settle. First they went to the Cook Islands to find out where Nathan's Ancestors Migrated from. He learnt that the Takitimu had left there for New Zealand. He learnt that the Myths and stories are similar some of them are the same ,and he learnt that he was a descendant of Maui. After that they had headed off to Samoa to find out where Oscar's family came from. He found out that he was a Descendant of Ena ,and saw that his Mother is from East Eurasia ,and his father is from South Eurasia.
At the end they succeed in finding out where there ancestors. It was more likely that Oscar and Nathans ancestors migrated from Asia ,because of the evidence they discovered on their journey.
